Staci Cochran, CEO
Staci is the owner of Myriad Counseling, where she combines her extensive experience and passion for helping others to provide exceptional counseling services. Before founding Myriad Counseling, she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Dobson for 13 years. Her career also includes a background in education, which laid the foundation for her approach to counseling and her dedication to lifelong learning.
Staci is a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She enjoys working with clients of all ages, helping them navigate various challenges and stages of life. Staci holds an English certification up to 12th grade and an all-school education certification up to 8th grade. She is a Certified School Counselor, bringing a comprehensive understanding of educational and developmental needs to her practice.
What Staci loves most about counseling is the opportunity to change misconceptions and show that counseling is not about judgment but about support. She believes counseling is about walking with people through every event in their lives, serving as their cheerleader and advocate. Her approach is centered on providing a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment where clients can thrive.

Madison Waldrop, Director
Madison graduated from Thomas High School in and pursued higher education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Communications and a Master's of Science in Community Counseling. Madison also completed all the additional coursework to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Madison lives in Weatherford, Oklahoma, with her loving family. She and her husband welcomed their daughter, Jorgia, at the beginning of 2020, and their son, Krew, in 2023. The family also includes a golden retriever named Dutton, who accompanies Madison to work every day, adding a touch of warmth and joy to her professional environment.Madison's favorite color is baby blue, and she has a unique love for jumping on trampolines. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family, whether at the lake or on their living room floor. Madison cherishes the lake life, maintaining a large garden each year, and engaging in various crafts. Her favorite vacation spots are Cozumel, Mexico, and Ft. Cobb Lake, and her favorite book is "Girl, Wash Your Face" by Rachel Hollis.
To Madison, being a counselor means working effectively amidst life's inevitable chaos. She strives to support her clients in navigating their challenges and achieving their personal and emotional growth.

Bridget slattery, Office Manager
Bridget Slattery has been the dedicated Office Manager since 2018. Born in Dodge City, Kansas, Bridget has called Thomas, Oklahoma, home since 2001.
She has been happily married to her husband, Tom, for 27 years. Together, they have two children: Connor, 25, who lives in Oklahoma City, and Corbin, 24, who resides in Weatherford. Their family also includes a beloved dog named Birdie and two grandkitties, Harper and Kodak.
In her free time, Bridget enjoys reading books of all genres and indulging in Bravo reality TV shows.

Bethany Igo
Bethany graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 2004. She then earned a Master of Education and completed the Licensed Professional Counseling program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Recognized as the Psychology Student of the Year in 2010, Bethany graduated with a 4.0 GPA. She has taught secondary and early childhood education and provided therapy in various settings, including community counseling, private agencies, school guidance, and OJA/DHS group homes, working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Bethany is married to her husband, Chad, and they have two children, Hayden and Brynlee, who both attend SWOSU. Their household includes a French Bulldog named Charlie, a Golden Retriever puppy named Nutmeg, a cat named Primm, and two kittens, Freddy and Frankie. Bethany loves being a mom and is exploring new hobbies now that her children are grown. She and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, gardening, and road trips, with sunshine being their shared favorite.
Bethany's favorite vacation spots are Negril, Jamaica; St. Lucia; and Red River, NM. Her favorite color is coral.
For Bethany, being a counselor is about presence, intention, modeling, instilling hope, and teaching clients to have the grace for themselves that they so freely offer to others. She values the importance of community across the lifespan and encourages self-acceptance and candor. Bethany believes the therapeutic process involves understanding oneself, recognizing conditioned limitations, and working through emotions that can be obstacles. Viewing life as a colorful journey, she is dedicated to helping her clients navigate it. Lauren Shelton
Lauren Shelton is a native of Elk City, Oklahoma where she also graduated from high school. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, a Masters of Education in counseling at West Texas A&M University and a Masters of Science in Community Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She has been counseling for 17 years and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Lauren loves working with people of all ages and has a special place in her heart for teenagers. Lauren has specific training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, behavioral issues and many other mental health conditions.
Lauren enjoys the challenge of helping people work through difficult circumstances and past traumas. She sees counseling as a very rewarding career. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, reading and listening to podcasts. Lauren is married and has 3 children and currently resides in Elk City.

AUDRA DECKER
Hello, my name is Audra Deckard MHr, MEd, LPC I have over a decade of experience working with families and adolescents in cognitive behavioral therapy and I am also certified in equine therapy. I completed my undergraduate at Southeastern Oklahoma State in Durant, OK, my Licensed Professional Counseling through the University of Oklahoma and my psychometry studies at Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
I live in rural Eufaula, Oklahoma with my husband and our child. My passions involve anything with animals and traveling with my husband to rodeos. My current focus is in diagnostic and psychometric testing for diagnosis confirmation/therapy recommendation, SSDI and IEP in addition to court required assessments. Telehealth and in-person services are offered.

Jessica Anthony
Jessica has been dedicated to the field of education since 2006, serving as a Special Education Teacher and Special Needs Coordinator at Career Tech. She holds a master’s degree in psychometry from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, specializing in the testing and diagnosing of disabilities. In 2023, Jessica furthered her education by pursuing a degree in Community Counseling at SWOSU to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is passionate about making a profound difference in the lives of others, helping them navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and find hope amidst adversity.

Julie Cason
Julie graduated from Vici High School in 1990 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1995 and a Master’s of Counseling Psychology in 2022 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
With over 31 years of experience, Julie has dedicated her career to working and educating children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has spent 31 years in the public and private education system, teaching music and information/computer science. Additionally, Julie has 20 years of experience teaching private voice and instrument lessons, 11 years in computer information technology education, and five years working in community mental health.
Julie is engaged to Jay Pina III from Needham Heights, MA. She has two daughters: Callie, 24, who is attending Rose State College and pursuing a BS degree in Microbiology, and Cecilia (Cece), 21, who is attending the University of Oklahoma, pursuing a BS in Art History/Curation. Julie also has a Bengal kitten named Sui, which means “beautiful” in Thai.
In her free time, Julie loves to travel, sing, play the piano, act and entertain onstage, practice yoga and meditation, and attend movies and Broadway plays. Her favorite books include "The Body Keeps The Score" by Bessel Van Der Kolk, M.D., "Resilience: The Science of Mastering Life’s Greatest Challenges" by Southwick & Charney, "Love Does" by Bob Goff, and "Sacred Marriage" by Gary Thomas. An interesting fact about Julie is that she was the lead singer in a college rock band named “Mother Nature’s Eyeball” (MNE) for three years in Alva, playing in numerous public and private venues around Northwest Oklahoma and Kansas. The band won the “Battle of the Bands” a couple of years in a row. Julie’s favorite vacation spots are Greece and Sweden, and her favorite colors are red and black.
To Julie, being a counselor means helping people through their worst and their best. She believes therapy is a place to uncouple oneself from pain and trauma and find strength. Confronting pain and trauma and reclaiming our lives without fear of judgment or ridicule can be extremely cathartic. Julie aims to make her clients feel validated, understood, and accepted, perhaps for the first time, because that is when healing truly begins. She wants to help as many people as possible become the best versions of themselves. When our best selves come into focus, and we have the courage to turn that image into reality, true transformation happens.

Marilyn Kelly
Marilyn has been a registered psychotherapist in Colorado since 2008 and has five years of experience as a Behavioral Health Case Manager Level II in Oklahoma. She earned a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and completed additional coursework to become a Licensed Professional Counselor at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Marilyn holds a Master of Arts degree in Special Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She taught various subjects in public and private schools and in her private studio in Colorado. Marilyn uses therapeutic approaches, including positive therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She considers being a counselor a great privilege, working with people to achieve a freer, happier future.

Miranda Woodard
Miranda graduated from Westmoore High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in World Languages. Miranda is currently enrolled in the Master’s of Science in Community Counseling program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and plans to graduate this May. She intends to complete the necessary coursework to test for her LPC Candidacy afterwards.
Miranda's family has a diverse background. Her father was born on a military base in Germany, and on his side, she has a half-brother and three step-siblings. Her mother’s side of the family is spread across the United States and Japan. Miranda also has a brother.
Her favorite color is mint green, and she has a unique fondness for frogs. In her free time, Miranda enjoys drawing, reading, playing video games, and watching movies or shows with her friends and boyfriend. Her dream vacation spot is Okinawa, Japan, and her favorite book is "This Is How It Always Is" by Laurie Frankel.
To Miranda, being a counselor means being a helper from a young age. She believes a counselor is someone who instills hope in others, cares unconditionally, and truly listens. Miranda views life as a journey that no one has to go through alone, and she is dedicated to supporting others along the way.

Kam fakhshafaie
Kam graduated from Westmoore High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He then went on to earn a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology with a minor in Alcohol and Chemical Dependency Counseling, followed by a Master's of Science in Community Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Kam completed the LPC program and passed the national exam to become a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate.
Kam's family is split between Oklahoma and Iran, with his mother's side residing in Oklahoma and his father's family in Iran. He also has a younger brother who is his best friend. This diverse family background enriches Kam's perspective and understanding of different cultures.
Sea Foam Green is Kam's favorite color, reflecting his calm and soothing personality. He has four dogs, showcasing his love for animals. Additionally, Kam was a two-time all-state contra clarinet player in high school, highlighting his musical talent and dedication. In his free time, Kam enjoys playing video games, reading and writing, watching movies and anime, and spending time with his brother, girlfriend, friends, and dogs. These hobbies reflect his diverse interests and his love for storytelling and entertainment.
Kam's favorite vacation spots are Ouray, Colorado, and Key West, Florida, where he enjoys the natural beauty and relaxing environments. His favorite book is "Pearls of Lutra" by Brian Jacques, indicating his appreciation for adventure and fantasy literature.

Taya Page
Taya graduated from Leedey High School in 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts degree while playing collegiate softball at Cowley County Community College. She then completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Child Psychology at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2017. Taya furthered her education with a Master of Education in School Counseling from 2018-2021 and completed coursework to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. After a break to focus on her young children, she resumed her career in late 2022 and is now a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate, on track to be fully licensed by early 2025.
Taya has been married to her husband, Cameron, for seven years. They have two children, Jerek and Ava, and a rescued dog named Theo. Her favorite color is yellow, and she loves vacationing at the beach. Taya enjoys singing, playing the piano, spending time outdoors, and giving softball lessons to young girls.
With a passion for working with children to young adults, Taya also has a deep interest in marriage and family counseling and plans to pursue further specialized training. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families build stronger relationships. Taya believes a counselor should be a good listener, helper, encourager, and skills builder. She strives to create a safe haven where people feel heard and can heal, helping clients achieve their personal goals. Inspired by Cheryl Richardson's quote, “People start to heal the moment they feel heard,” Taya is committed to providing a supportive and empowering environment for her clients.

Shannon Marcar
Shannon Marcar is an international student from Kolkata, India, came to the USA in 2017 to pursue his bachelor's in psychology. Since then, it's been a beautiful 7-year journey culminating to this moment. Traveling the world, gaining new experiences and gaming are some of his hobbies. Currently he is enrolled at SWOSU in the Master's in Community Counseling Psychology and LPC program, along with being a practicum intern at Myriad Counseling Solutions. On completion of his master's degree, he hopes to pursue his PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology to do research and work in the areas of Dementia and Parkinson's Disease both in academia and industry.

LaCee graduated from Leedey High School in 2004 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from NWOSU in 2010. She is currently on track to graduate from SWOSU with a master’s in community counseling in the Fall of 2024. Her academic journey reflects her dedication to both business and mental health, providing her with a well-rounded foundation for her counseling career.
Professionally, LaCee spent 8 years as a stay-at-home mom, raising her son and fostering 10 different children. This experience deeply influenced her decision to pursue a career in counseling. For the past 2 years, she has worked at Myriad as an office assistant and a case manager. LaCee's family has been active in the foster care community for 7 years, and after adopting their son, they decided to take a break from fostering. This transition inspired her to seek a degree in counseling, aiming to continue helping children in crisis on a different level.
LaCee is currently a Certified Case Manager II (CMII) and is working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She and her husband, Chas, have made their home in Thomas for the past 14 years. They have one biological son, one adopted son, and are currently fostering another child. Her family life and professional experiences are deeply intertwined, driving her passion for supporting children and families in need.
Her favorite color is teal, and she loves vacationing in the mountains, particularly in Creede and Lake City, CO. LaCee enjoys cooking, traveling with her family, and reading, with her favorite book being "The Nightingale" by Kristin Hannah.
LaCee is particularly passionate about working with children who have been in the foster care system or those in unstable situations. Her heart is set on helping children in crisis understand that life can improve and being an advocate for those who often go unheard. Her journey into counseling was inspired by her time as a foster parent, where she recognized the need for children to have a safe space to share their stories. She aims to support not only the children but also the families and workers dedicated to protecting underserved populations. LaCee is committed to helping people overcome daily life obstacles and navigate through crises, providing a safe and supportive environment for all her clients.

cassie mahan
Cassie holds an Associate of Arts in Juvenile Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her academic journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of both the criminal justice system and the nuances of mental health, providing a solid foundation for my counseling practice.
She brings a wealth of experience to her role, having spent 9 years working with DHS Foster Care and Adoptions. This experience has given her invaluable insights into the challenges faced by children and families within the foster care system. Additionally, she completed a year-long internship at the Child Guidance Clinic, where she honed my skills in providing therapeutic support to children and their families. Cassie’s work as a Registered Behavior Technician at KidsChoice for 8 months allowed her to further develop her behavioral intervention techniques. She also served as a Counseling Intern and Behavioral Health Case Manager at Myriad for 8 months and is currently an LPC Candidate at Myriad.
Cassie is engaged to Ruben, and together they have a wonderful 10-year-old daughter named Chandler. Her favorite color is green, and she adores daisies. In her free time, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, attending OU sporting events, and being actively involved in her daughter's sports activities.
As a counselor, Cassie works with clients of all ages and stages of life, with a particular passion for young adults. She is currently focusing on a new passion project that aims to address the mental health needs of athletes. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and a client-centered perspective. Cassie believes that her role is not to have all the answers but to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to process their experiences and develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges.

SABRINA MILLER
Sabrina Miller holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Caregiving and Counseling with a minor in Media from Oral Roberts University. She has also earned two Master's degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU): one in School Counseling and another in Community Counseling, with a focus on becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is currently in the process of obtaining her LPC-C, awaiting background checks and preparing for the necessary exams.
Sabrina has worked at Red Rock as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist and Wellness Coach. Additionally, she completed an internship with Integrated Therapy Solutions of Oklahoma, where she managed her own client and assisted in crisis interventions.
As the oldest of three sisters, Sabrina values her family connections, though she primarily navigates life on her own. She enjoys the colors blue and black, watching documentaries (particularly those on true crime, serial killers, and conspiracies), and listening to related podcasts. She also loves Disney movies and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite vacation spot is Branson, MO.
Sabrina has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults, though she also effectively supports older adults. She specializes in helping individuals battling depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and other mental health issues. Sabrina is dedicated to creating a safe space where clients feel truly heard and supported.

LACI WILSON
Laci graduated from Woodward High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Mid-America Christian University, where she also received a soccer scholarship. She furthered her education with a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, an Educational Leadership Certificate for Grades PK-12 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Science in Community Counseling/LPC from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Laci’s diverse professional experience spans through various roles within the educational system. She began her career as a 1st-grade teacher at OKC Public Schools, then transitioned to teaching 5th grade at the same school. Her passion for supporting students' mental health and well-being led her to become a School Counselor for PK-3rd Grade at Yukon Public Schools from 2019 to 2021, and later for 9th-12th Grade at WW Public Schools. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Principal at WW High School for 9th-12th Grade, a position she has held since 2023.
Laci resides in Woodward with her husband, Jase, and their two children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, fishing, and shopping. Her favorite color is pink, and she loves vacationing in Las Vegas.

HEATHER NEBHUT
Heather graduated from Duncan High School and earned a B.S. in Mass Communications from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She later obtained an M.A. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Heather has completed the requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate and is currently trained in EMDR, working towards full certification.
Heather’s family is energetic and active, with her and her husband spending their free time supporting their two teenage boys in various activities and taking their Aussie for walks. Their family life is vibrant, filled with love, adventure, and togetherness.
Autumn Orange is Heather’s favorite color, and her home features stairs designed to look like the spines of her favorite books. She enjoys attending live events, such as theatre, sports, and music, and loves spending time outdoors, discovering new places, and visiting amusement parks. In cold weather, Heather enjoys cozying up with a good book. Her favorite vacation spot is Manhattan, New York, and while she loves books too much to pick a single favorite, they hold a special place in her heart.
Heather's career as a Social Worker and marriage to a United States Marine Corps Veteran have instilled in her a deep passion for helping people navigate traumatic events. She values the trust her clients place in her and is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space for them to heal and grow. Heather sees each opportunity to support someone in their time of need as a privilege and is committed to helping her clients become their best selves.

Afton Jameson
Afton Jameson has dedicated the past 19 years to teaching at a technology center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She also obtained principal and superintendent certifications.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Afton experienced a personal tragedy that led her to understand the critical need for mental health professionals in Oklahoma, particularly in rural areas. Driven by a deep sense of purpose and compassion, Afton decided to address this need by enrolling in the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) program at Mid-America Christian University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling.
Afton has one child and loves to travel. She enjoys working with teenagers and adults and loves career counseling. Afton's diverse background in education and administration, coupled with her commitment to mental health, uniquely positions her to contribute to the well-being of her community. Her passion for teaching and counseling reflects her dedication to supporting individuals through their educational and personal journeys, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to thrive.
